Ingredients

  • 14 stone (196lbs) and something
  • 1 medium onion - finely chopped
  • 1 medium cauliflower - finely chopped
  • 2 small leeks - finely chopped
  • 1 stick of celery - finely chopped
  • 1 cup of frozen sweetcorn kernels
  • 450 g smoked haddock
  • 1 pint of vegetable stock
  • 1 pint of skimmed milk
  • salt and pepper
  • fresh thyme
