Ingredients

  • 350 g smoked haddock
  • 2 handfuls (approx 200g) clams
  • 1 leek, finely chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 medium sized potatoes, peeled and chopped into small chunks
  • 1 pint mixed milk and water (approx 60/40 ratio)
  • Small handful of parsley, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper
