  • 4 chicken breasts or 8 skinless chicken thighs
  • 8 rashers of bacon (all fat trimmed off)
  • 1 onion 4 medium carrots
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2 tsp rosemary
  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 300 ml chicken stock
