Slow Cooker Chinese Chicken Curry

Ingredients

  • 2 Onions, chopped 2 Garlic Cloves, chopped 2 TBSP Curry Powder 1 TBSP Fenugreek 2 TSP Light Brown Sugar 300ml Low Salt Chicken Stock 1 TBSP Soy Sauce 5 Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into chunks 3 TBSP Cornflour
  • 1 ingredients: 2 Onions, chopped 2 Garlic Cloves, chopped 2 TBSP Curry Powder 1 TBSP Fenugreek 2 TSP Light Brown Sugar 300ml Low Salt Chicken Stock 1 TBSP Soy Sauce 5 Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into chunks 3 TBSP CornflourStep 1: In a jug whisk together the stock, soy sauce sugar, fenugreek and curry powder Step 2: Toss the chicken pieces in the cornflour and lay in the bottom of the slow cooker along with the onion and garlic, pour over the curry sauce, and cook on low for 6 hours.  Step 3: Season and serve with rice.
