Ingredients

  • 1 kg Chicken Breasts, chopped into large chunks
  • 2 Large Sweet Potatoes, peeled and cubed into 2cm dice
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, chopped
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cm Piece of Ginger, peeled and grated
  • 5 TBSP Korma Curry Pasta
  • 300 ml Chicken Stock
  • 6 TBSP Ground Almonds
  • 5 TBSP Double Cream
  • 2 TBSP Chopped Coriander to serve
