  • 1 onion 1 red pepper
  • 1 small butternut squash
  • 1 tbsp rogan josh curry paste
  • 1 tbsp hot chilli powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • 2 tsp coriander leaf (or fresh)
  • 200 ml chicken stock
