When I flicked through my new cook bookandlanded on this recipe, hidden at the bottom of their recipe for slowcooked garlic and rosemary lamb, I thought this would be a fun twist on a roast dinner and perfect for a Sunday entertaining guests

I also like how every recipe is accompanied by a picture of the cooked/ baked dish, and it also features a note by each contestant, which gives the reader an insight to the background of the recipe
After three minutes on each side it seemed to be cooked well enough for my taste, so I served it up with a plate of curly fries - this may sound like sacriledge but I just wanted something quick and simple, and there was an abundance of them in my freezer
