Ingredients

  • 6 juicy chicken thighs - skin on and bone in
  • 1 large carrot - roughly chopped
  • 4 cloves of garlic - un-peeled
  • half a fennel bulb - roughly chopped
  • 1 stick of celery - roughly chopped
  • 7 or 8 large radish - halved
  • 1 tablespoon runny honey - locally sourced
  • 1 large orane - quartered
  • fresh rosemary and thyme
  • salt and pepper
