I was surprised at first because I thought I'dgained (Igot confused with last week's number. Stilltrying to be on plan when I can and so #lunch was egg baked in a flat mushroom, though Igotcarried away reading and slightly overcooked it Served with beans
I went to the emergency dentistthe day before weighin though and was given some antibioticswhichI have nearly finished now (before I go to my usual dentist next week) so it's helped withthepain and I've been managing to eat a bit more, and been a bit more on plan than I had been too
