Slimming World Tuna Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 160 g of uncooked pasta of choice
  • 11 can of tuna
  • 11 cup (240ml) of canned sweetcorn
  • 11/2 red pepper, finely diced
  • 11/2 small red onion, finely diced
  • 11 cup (240ml) of fat free plain yoghurt
  • 12 tbs of half the fat mayonnaise  - 4 syns
  • 11 tbs of Dijon mustard - 1 syn
  • 11/2 tbs of sukrin: 1 (or other sweetener of choice)
  • 1 salt and black pepper to season
  • 12 spring onions, finely choppedCook the pasta according to packet instructions and set aside to cool.
  • 1 Add the tuna, sweetcorn, red pepper, onion, to a bowl and season well with salt and black pepper.
  • 1 Add in the yogurt, mayo and mustard and mix to combine.
  • 1 Add in the cooked pasta and toss altogether.
  • 1 Season with a little black pepper and sprinkle with chopped spring onion.
