  • You will need:-
  • 200 ml light coconut milk
  • 400 ml chicken stock
  • Low calorie oil spray
  • 1 level tbsp Thai green curry paste
  • 2 green chillies, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 800 g skinless chicken breast, chopped
  • 2 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp sweetener
  • Juice of 1 lime 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 pepper, finely chopped
