  • 150 g white potatoes
  • 50 g carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp wholegrain mustard
  • handfull fresh chives
  • 100 g leftover roast beef, shredded
  • 60 g wholemeal breadcrumbs
  • 2 slices
  • 400 g wholemeal bread
