A rich BBQ sauce with bacon and plenty of speed veg gives a filling and super easy weeknight meal. This is a perfect winter warmer and is another variation of my popular BBQ Chicken Stacks

Add the diced chicken and fry until golden brown. 3 Chicken breasts (cubed). 2tbsp Medium Curry Powder. 1 chicken stock pot. Put back in the saucepan and shake to rough them up. Spray a large saucepan with low calorie cooking spray and fry off the onions gently over a low heat for 6-8 minutes
