Ingredients

  • 350 g cooked
  • 200 g frozen peas
  • 2 large eggs lightly beaten
  • 3 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 400 g fresh bean sprouts
  • 6 spring onions
  • 6 mushrooms
  • tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 cm piece root ginger
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 400 g can chopped tomatoes
  • 60 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tbsp sweetener
  • 50 g fat free natural fromage frais
  • 1 tbsp of freshly chopped coriander
  • 1 tbsp
  • of freshly chopped mint
