  • 4 eggs 1 tub Tesco Healthy Living onion and chive flavour cottage cheese
  • 60 g red leicester cheese (I used 2 HEA as I knew it would be 2 days lunches for me – you can use more, less or none at all)
  • Ham (I used Tesco tinned ham, again as I had this in and the one I had was syn free)
