  • 1 Large Onion - diced 400g Extra Lean Beef Mince 1 tin Heinz BBQ Beans 2 Garlic cloves - peeled and diced 1tsp Ground Cumin 1 Large Carrot - peeled and diced 150g Potatoes - peeled and diced 150g Sweet Potato - peeled and diced 1 Large Leek - sliced 1 tin Chopped Tomatoes 1tsp Mixed Herbs Frylight or other low calorie cooking spray
  • 5 minutes to brown
  • 15 minutes Stir occasionally incase the liquid dries up a little faster
