Ingredients

  • To serve 4, you need
  • Fry Light cooking spray or similar
  • 600 g lamb fillet or leg, cut into chunks and trimmed of any fat
  • 300 g onions, peeled and finely chopped
  • 2 tsp mild chilli powder
  • 2 tsp ground coriander
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 4 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
  • 2 tbsp tomato purée
  • salt
  • 3 dried bay leaves 6 green cardamom pods, lightly crushed
  • 5 cm cinnamon stick
  • 4 cloves
  • Fry the lamb cubes with the onions in Fry Light.
