Par boil the pasta for 5 mins or until slightly softened then mix with the BBQ beef sauce. Put the mix into a large casserole dish and then top with slices of mozzarella, to be sure you top with enough for your HE, weigh out 40g of light mozzarella each time and separate into 4 sections, so you know 1 section = 1 HE. Bake in the oven for 20-25 mins or until cooked through
