Ingredients

  • 2 per person
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled and finely sliced
  • 1 bunch fresh basil , leaves picked and torn
  • 3 x 400 g good-quality tinned plum tomatoes
  • sea salt
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • Mozzarella (45g per person means 1 HEa)
  • 6 slices of pepperoni (or other toppings of choice)
  • 900 g medium sized Maris Piper potatoes
  • Low calorie cooking spray
