Lightly spray a 2 litre gratin dish with Frylite. 1Mix the sliced potatoes, broccoli, bacon & onions together in the dish and spread out into an even layer. 1Pour the stock over the potatoes, loosely cover with foil & bake in the oven for about 30-40 mins. 1Once the potatoes have softened, spoon over some of the stock then add the cheese & bake for a further 20 mins until browned

Simple to do. The cooking tn the oven is useful time to get things done when you're a busy mom. I needed to use 100g of rice as 50g was not enough.
