I do actually get slightly annoyed when I see recipes on SlimmingWorld that claim to be cheesecake but don’t actually contain any cheese or even sit on a base, because at the end of the day all they are is yogurt mixed with gelatin, which in my books does not make cheesecake
One of the beautiful things about SlimmingWorld is that you don’t have to forgo delicious baked goods, you just have to make a few minor changes to make them fit with the plan
There are some gorgeous SlimmingWorldcakes out there, but often they just end up being a limp, (usually lemon flavoured) omelette, and that honestly doesn’t constitute a cake for me
When making these, it’s important not to overcook the cake as it’ll end up too crisp to roll – trust me, there are several batches from the development stage that are in the bin
In another bowl whisk together the chocolate options, sweetener, eggs and curly wurly. Pour the mixture into muffin cases or cake tin that's been sprayed with frylight

Want more cake. It’s not only gluten free but also high in fibre, low in carbohydrates, and, more importantly for those on the SlimmingWorld journey, it actually has a lower syn value than regular flour
