However, I'm going to give it a good go along with more exercise, something that has been 'sorely' missing after having Plantar Fasciitis for months on end
The hot air and oil combination gives some delicious charring on the edges of the chicken and being able to get on with other things in the kitchen whilst the curry took care of itself was a real bonus
I love using spices when I am watching the calories and one of my most pinned recipes is my chickpea and spinach curry so I thought this chicken chilli would be a good one to share with you
Fakeaway Teriyaki Sauce withChicken MeatballsSyn Free BologneseSeriously Simple Syn Free Gravy. Roll small handfuls of the remaining mince into balls and place on a baking try which has been sprayed with Fry Light
Spiced potatoes in a tomato sauce, with a few little extras. Spray with Frylight and cook in a high heat oven until crunchy on the outside, soft inside
Turkey is really lean, so it is a great free meat and nice to have something other than chicken. I recently bought some turkey steaks and didn't really know what to do with them, so they just sat there
It turned out really well so I wanted to share it with you all. I found a recipe for chicken bhuna and slightly adapted it to make it Slimming World friendly
Previously it used to be just a sandwich as it was quick & easy and took less than a minute to throw together, but it did get a little boring every day and I soon realised how much bread and carbs I really did eat, which wasn't so good with PCOS either
I wrote about this over on The Diary of a Frugal Family a while back so you might have already seen this recipe but I have one of these cooking away in the oven now for tea tonight with some new potatoes and salad so I thought I’d share it with you over here too
If you can’t find tomatoes with added herbs, then plain tinned tomatoes are perfectly fine – just add a teaspoon of dried oregano or mixed herbs along with the tomatoes and chicken stock
Then of course I received my new Tefal Actifry, have I mentioned that I am in love with it. As we all know, roast potatoes can be very high in Propoints, especially if made the traditional way but with the Actifry, Its just the potatoes, plus 2 Weight Watchers Propoints for the oil
Then bingo the Tefal ActiFry caught my eye and I knew that it would be perfect for the job of roasting my chicken thighs in a really efficient way and with minimal mess
I promised Nick that I would try and make a Slimming World friendly Fakeaway with all of his favourites- Sweet and sour chicken, crispy shredded beef, beef chow mein and egg fried rice
