  • Ingredients
  • One whole Chicken- Approximately 1.25 kgs(cut in small cubes)
  • Ginger- Garlic Paste- 2 tbspn
  • Chilly Powder- 1 tbspn
  • Turmeric Powder- 1 tspn
  • Garam Masala Powder/ Pilau Masala- 1 tbspn
  • Thick Curd/ Plain Yoghurt/ Maziwa Lala- 1 tbspn
  • Corn Flour- 4 Tbspn
  • Oil- 1 Ltr(Frying)
  • Salt to taste

    1. Toss in all the ingredients except corn flour in a bowl and mix gently to make sure all the ingredients get coated well along the chicken cubes.

    2. Let the chicken cubes to sit for 30 minutes.

    3. After 30 minutes heat the oil in a frying pan. In the meanwhile add the corn flour and coat the chicken cubes. Corn flour is used here to make the chicken crispy.

    4. When the oil is hot enough, fry the chicken cubes at medium heat until the cubes turn golden brown.

To add more nutritional value you can add sesame seeds along with the chicken cubes and fry. I have used pan fried curry leaves to garnish. You can use the same or chopped chives/cilantro.
