Ingredients

  • 100 g of starter to make some bread, then you will replace it with
  • 50 g flour
  • 50 g water
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 100 g water
  • 2 minutes at
  • 37 C each time
  • 150 g organic (stoneground / rye) flour
  • 240 g non-chlorinated water
