  • 400 g ripe plums

  • 5 thin slices of fresh ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves (chopped)

  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 1 7 cm piece of cucumber
  • 2 tbsp egg mayonaise
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 150 g panko breadcrumbs
  • 4 brioche buns
