Quickly pour the CaramelFudge into your prepared tin and gently smooth the surface. Add the butter, golden syrup, condensed milk and brown sugar to a medium sized saucepan and cook over a low heat for approximately 10 minutes until the fudge mixture has started to thicken and the colour of the ingredients has turned a lovely golden brown. Place the CaramelFudge into the fridge for 6 hours (preferably overnight) to set before cutting into small pieces to enjoy

It’s pretty hard to get the amount of salt right on these – you don’t want a really salty cupcake yet you do want the salt to come through if they are meant to be saltedcaramel flavour

To serve, simply cut into chunks as required – you will get a large amount from this mixture so feel free to halve the recipe if you only want a small amount
