Ingredients

  • 5 cardomom pods
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp mild chilli powder
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 500 g lamb
  • 3 large tomatoes
  • 350 g basmati rice
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 100 g sundried tomatoes
  • 25 g flaked almonds
  • 2-3 minutes to brown the lamb. Add the chopped tomatoes and some water
  • 8 minutes before checking, then check again at
  • 10 mins etc
