Ingredients

  • 1 pound of meaty herby sausages, skins removed and discarded
  • 1 medium onion, peeled and chopped
  • 1 medium carrot, peeled and grated
  • 1 medium green pepper, trimmed, seeded and chopped
  • 3 large potatoes, cooked, peeled and cubed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • splash of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 TBS olive oil
