  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • For the apple filling
  • 1 medium apple
  • 1 tbsp caster sugar
  • 1 tbsp water
  • For the Icing
  • 75 g soft butter
  • 150 g Sugar and Crumbs Salted Caramel Icing Sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk
