  • 200 g tenderstem broccoli
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 400 g shitake mushrooms
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 red chilli
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp Chinese spice mix*
