Heat a skillet and pan fry the diced bell pepper and onions until soft and translucent. Put the chicken in a bowl together with two tablespoons of chili powder and two tablespoons of olive oil
Slice into small pieces and set aside Take a tortilla and fill with chicken, onion, beans, and cheese (rice is optional) Wrap like a burrito and put the chimichangas on a baking tray lined with baking paper
Add the onion & salt and stir well. Heat the oil in a pan and add the whole Garam Masala (Bay, Black Pepper, Mace, Cloves, Cinnamon & Cardamom) and the cumin seeds
These bites won’t keep well so its best to eat them warm straight from the oven. And if we treat ourselves to some weekend takeout the first thing on our order is always Salt & PepperChicken

(It does not include seasoning with salt and pepper. These ovenbakedchicken schnitzel are just as delicious as their fried counterparts but lower in fat
