  • 2 large salmon fillets (just over 1 kg or 2.2 lbs)
  • 1 thumb ginger grated
  • 1 red chilli finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp nonpareil capers (the little ones)
  • salt and pepper
