Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g vegan butter (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tablespoon of sugar
  • 2 tablespoon of ice-cold water
  • 1 apple (Jonagold or Gold Rennet)
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to prevent apples from turning brown
  • Pinch of salt
  • Water plus 1 tablespoon of sugar to brush and coat the crust
  • Filling
  • 4 tablespoons hazelnut spread
