Ingredients

  • 1 hour
  • 4-5 large russet potato
  • 2-3 cups milk
  • 1 head garlic
  • 5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • 1 tbsp dried rosemary
  • 400 F. Cut the top off of your head of garlic, drizzle with olive oil, and loosely wrap it in aluminum foil
  • 2-3 cups of milk
  • ¾ of the way
