  • 1/2 a cup) of raw buckwheat
  • level tsp
  • g (1 average bunch) of carrots, scrubbed and leaves removed
  • stems of thyme
  • tbs olive oil
  • tbs maple syrup
  • ml (just under 1/4 cup) of extra virgin olive oil
  • ml of fresh orange juice, the juice of half an orange
  • tbs wholegrain mustard
  • tsp sea salt
  • tsp cracked black pepper
