Ingredients

  • 1 sweet potato
  • 2 cm chunks
  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 1 red onion
  • handful pine nuts
  • 1-2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped tarragon
  • pinch celery salt
  • 1 tsp wholegrain mustard
  • splash milk
  • 6. Dish up as a side with fish or meat and drizzle over a little of the dressing.
