  • Makes one large tart 8″ deep, serves 6-8 generously Larger tart ready for eating: nice and rustic!

  • 150 g plain flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 50 g walnuts, finely ground
  • 40 g unsalted butter
  • 35 g lard
