  • 2 kg lamb shoulder
  • 3 medium
  • 3 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 4-6 fresh garlic cloves
  • Olive oil
  • 2. Take your potatoes and thinly slice, now you can do this by hand like I do or you can use a mandolin, or food processor with a slicing attachment if you have one
