  • 1 large onion
  • 200 g (7 oz) risotto rice
  • 2 dl (0.8 cup) white wine
  • 100 g (3.5 oz) fresh peas (or frozen)
  • 200 g (7 oz) champignon mushroom
  • 7 dl (3 cups) water
  • 2 chicken stock powder
  • about 450 g (1 lb) cod fillet
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 50 g (2 oz) Parmesan cheese
  • pinch of salt and pepper
