  • 6-8 good sized sticks of washed rhubarb
  • 1, 1 & 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 300 ml double cream
  • 80 g golden caster sugar
  • 400 ml creme fraiche
  • 5 & 3 tbsp Mead.
