  • 400 g Rhubarb, cut into finger-sized pieces
  • 50 g Caster Sugar
  • 115 g Ready Made Custard (Plus 4tbsp)
  • 190 g Unsalted Butter, softened
  • 190 g Self Raising Flour
  • 3 Eggs ¾ Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 190 g Caster Sugar
  • 180 C Fan
  • 160 C Fan
  • 350 F and grease
  • 20 cm loose
