Ingredients

  • 600-700 ml Vegetable stock
  • 50 ml Vegan white wine
  • Splash of olive oil
  • 1 Onion - finely diced
  • 2 Cloves of garlic - crushed
  • 2 Cups of green beans thinly sliced
  • 2 Cups of risotto rice - I use arborio rice
  • ½ Cup nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1 Tbsp Vitalite
