Ingredients

  • 10 small dried red
  • chillies (in the original recipe: 5 red chillies)
  • 2 shallots 2 garlic cloves
  • 200 g redcurrants
  • (original recipe used frozen ones)
  • 2 dl white wine
  • vinegar
  • 1 dl water
  • 2 tbsp ground
  • ginger
  • 4 dl sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp vegetarian
  • gelatine
