Ingredients

  • 180 g white chocolate (Lemony recommends using Green & Black’s if you can but I just used a supermarket own brand)
  • 350 g butter
  • 590 g white caster sugar
  • 375 ml whole milk
  • 300 g plain flour
  • 100 g self raising flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 large lemon
  • Ganache Icing
  • 150 ml double cream
  • 300 g white chocolate
