  • 500 grams of lean mince beef (5% fat)
  • Mixed herbs
  • Vegetable stock cube
  • Tomato Puree
  • 1. In a pan, add your beef in (I don
  • 2. Once they are cooked I then in my celery, carrots, mixed herbs and seasoning and a good squirt of tomato puree.
  • 3. I then add my chopped tomatoes, and sprinkle a vegetable stock cube over. I let it all simmer in the pan and once nearly cooked add a splash of Worcestershire sauce.
  • 4. Once thickened I will then serve with some pasta and some grand padano on top.
