Ingredients

  • 900 ml chicken or vegetable stock
  • 2 bone
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh root ginger
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 50 g dried whole wheat noodles
  • 2 tbsp tinned sweetcorn
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 bag
  • 15-20 mins or until the noodles are cooked through
