  • 60 g unsalted butter
  • 70 g caster sugar
  • 25 g brown sugar
  • 1 punnet of raspberries
  • 1 punnet of blueberries
  • 1 punnet of strawberries
  • 150 g caster sugar
  • 150 C at this point
