Sausage, White Beanand Cabbage Stew. It was supposed to be a protein heavy (that's what you need for growth and repair), Spanish delicious sausage-y goodness
The end result should be a thick, dark red stew with sausagesand lentils poking out. As the mixture comes to the boil turn the heat down to low and add in the partially-cooked sausages

Add the sausagesand brown lightly. A good sausage is of vital importance here, don't skimp on it. If you are using tinned beans you can omit the soaking and cooking of the beansand just add them into the stew
Quickand Easy Chickpea and Potato Curry Recipe. This one is a perfect midweek staple – using some diced potatoes and tinned garbanzo beans (chickpeas), you can easily knock this vegan chickpea and potato curry together for supper, and have plenty left over for a portable lunch
Sausages (we used hot dog sausages, because it was what we had in the cupboard/fridge/freezer. Chopped Tomatoes (enough to coat your veg and butter beans)
You can use any flavoured sausageand the cooking chorizo really add a bit of kick. I think the peppers andbeans lighten it up a bit rather than root vegetables
The best way to check that both chicken and vegetables are cooked through are to have a quick try. I was in the mood for something zingy so subbed out the mustard for flavours of lemon and mint which I thought would be gorgeous with broad beans (it was)
