  • 200 g Gluten Free Flour (I use Plain GF, but Buckwheat, Brown Rice Flour or any other naturally GF flour.. basically anything works!) 1 ¼ Tsps Gluten Free Baking Powder ½ Tsp of Bicarbonate of Soda Tsp of Cinnamon (You can add more or less of this, to taste) 2 Egg Whites A handful of chopped Pecan Nuts (optional)
