Gluten Free Flour (I use Plain GF, but Buckwheat, Brown Rice Flour or any other naturally GF flour.. basically anything works!) 1 ¼ Tsps Gluten Free Baking Powder ½ Tsp of Bicarbonate of Soda Tsp of Cinnamon (You can add more or less of this, to taste) 2 Egg Whites A handful of chopped Pecan Nuts (optional)
For me, cooking & baking glutenfree (& dairyfree) has become second nature & I rarely struggle with achieving tasty results that are GF & DF, however removing refinedsugar from baking has not always been so easy – I’m getting better though

After more-than-I-care-to-admit-healthy-recipe-fails, I’ve nailed it. I’ve made it using butter (so not dairyfree) and a chocolate topping (dairy and sugar) and also made it without
