Ingredients

  • 2-3 x their starting height.
  • 2 large eggs 1 cup milk 1 cup flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled
  • 230 C with the popover pan IN the oven
  • 425 F and bake for
  • 20 minutes Do not open the oven while baking
  • 450 F for
  • 350 F and bake for another
  • 10 minutes Do not open the oven until it is time to take them out
