For this cake I adapted the recipe I use foranon-vegan rich fruitcake, swapping the butter fornon-dairymargarine, omitting the eggs, using self-raising flour for lift andmashedbanana to bind the mixture together
Now to transform them into Christmas trees, which of course needed to be green. As it softens adda little water to get the right consistency forcoating the cakes
